It is paintable and adheres to damp surfaces. Flexible Seal seals wood, glass, concrete, fiberglass, stone, most painted surfaces, metal and brick. It has a 20-year life expectancy. |

Bostic Fastset 1100:
A one-part urethane sealant/adhesive that cures by reaction with atmospheric moisture to form an extremely tough, flexible seal/bond. Tack-free in 100 minutes, this is a faster curing material than other one-part urethane sealing products. It is designed for applications requiring speed and strength. |
