shipping & freight policies

When applicable, all orders will be shipped by United Parcel Service. Applicable crating, wrapping and hazardous material fees will be charged in accordance with our published shipping schedule. Interstate has established freight discounts with several common carriers and unless a freight company is specified at the time of order, will ship on the carrier offering the best discount and service to your area. Orders should be immediately inspected upon receipt and damaged freight should be refused with immediate notification to Interstate. Please contact your customer service representative in order to receive damaged or missing goods freight claim procedures.
