Interstate offers no warranty on its products either express or implied. We limit our liability to product replacement and will not incur any additional expenses resulting from carelessness or improper handling and application procedures used by the purchaser. Products not directly produced by Interstate offer these same specifications unless noted by management.

All orders are C.O.D., unless an open credit account has been established with Interstate Metal. There is a $25.00 returned check fee. All customers subject to sales tax must have a current sales tax exemption form on file with Interstate at the time of order. All prices are set at management's discretion and are subject to change with one (1) working week's notice.

Will call orders may be placed between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and may be picked up at Interstate between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on the specified date given by the order desk. Special Arrangements may be made with customer service should the need arise. It is recommended that you call to verify if your order has been completed before you leave.

Upon management's inspection, refunds or credits will be issued for returned stock items only. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and any additional fees associated with return packaging and freight. No refunds will be given on special order or non-stock items.

Delivery service is provided to the Portland metropolitan area on Mondays and Wednesdays, to the Southern Willamette Valley on Tuesdays and as far North as Bellingham, WA on Thursdays and Fridays for a nominal fee. All materials must be inspected and paid for at the time of receipt. Any discrepancies should be noted and pointed out to the driver. Materials will not be left without payment and invoices are not to be changed or short remitted without authorization of Interstate's management. Credits and refunds will be issued at management's discretion. Interstate will not be responsible for any errors or damage to material if not notified within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt.
